Was my boys. Now just getting out of bed.

If you were talking to someone recently diagnosed with COPD, what's some advice you would give them?

Listen to their docs. And try to stay motivated by walking and participating in pulmonary rehab.

After reading the different stages, the thought of not being able to walk 10 feet without gasping for air.
